This policy outlines our repair and return procedures, warranty details, and provides important information for our customers. Warranty Details
- Warranty Period: Waterpik products purchased from oralhealth.ph , as well as from our partner dental clinics, retailers, and other sub-dealers, are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper maintenance.

Exclusions and Limitations:
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized repair attempts, or external factors such as accidents or natural disasters.
- The cost of transporting the unit to and from the customer or to and from the service center is not covered.
- RNI Distribution Inc. reserves the right to reject unauthorized warranty claims and to make minor adjustments instead of replacing the product or accessory.

Repair Process
- Evaluation: Once we receive your product, our technicians will evaluate it to determine the cause of the issue.
- Repair: If the product is under warranty and the issue is covered, we will repair it at no cost. For issues not covered by the warranty, you will be provided with a repair estimate.
- Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new or refurbished unit of the same model. RNI Distribution Inc. reserves the right to make minor adjustments instead of replacing the product or accessory.
Shipping and Handling
- Warranty Repairs: While we will cover the repair costs for products under warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the service center.
- Non-Warranty Repairs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for non-warranty repairs and will be notified of any charges before the repair is initiated.
Return Policy
Return Process
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they are buying a waterflosser and have conducted sufficient research to understand its intended use. They recognize that, like any oral care device, it may cause initial discomfort for some users. If discomfort arises, customers are advised to seek guidance from a dental professional.
Please note that we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are only applicable for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt.
For damaged item claims, the product must first be returned and inspected. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been evaluated and the damage confirmed.
